The Honorary Mayor's Race Kick-Off Carnival starts at noon today—because nothing says "civic engagement" like competitive fun and the chance to vote for island royalty. Pair that with contemporary dance this morning and some serious athletic energy this afternoon, and you've got a Sunday that actually gets you off the couch. Weather's crisp and clear, so catch that nearly 9-hour daylight stretch and maybe stick around for golden hour at 8:23pm—you've earned it.
